Rally Gets Big Turnout

The State house steps were filled to the brim on Wednesday, June 3rd, for the rally that advocated for "no cuts" to funding for people with disabilities. Over 2000 people attended to show their support, including community members, families of people with disabilities, human service employees and those who receive services.

Perspectives Corporation Special Olympics 2009

Special Olympics took place on Friday & Saturday May 29, 30 & 31. This year’s team consisted of over 85 athletes and close to 40 athletes staying over at URI! Bridges has 4 athletes participating with our team! The team enjoyed great success this year as many individuals won medals in addition to our relay teams efforts in the 4x100!
