Wintertime Bowling with the Knights of Columbus

Knights Of Columbus RI Old Mountain Lanes

Down in Wakefield at Old Mountain Lanes on Sunday, the 12th, the Knights of Columbus hosted the event, and brought all the requirements for a great time—sweets, sodas, and smiles (along with medals and trophies won by those bowling).

Friendships in Bloom: Perspectives Volunteers at Roger Williams Botanical Garden

Roger WIlliam Botanical Garden
Winter frost doesn't reach every corner of Rhode Island.

A lovely proof of this takes root in the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center, where volunteers from Perspectives Corporation now work hard every Thursday morning to ensure that the outdoor plants rest well for spring and the Conservatory plants grow healthy and lush year-round. The crew starts each Thursday with a drink from Dunkin’ Donuts, making these weekly outings something of a warm ritual in this cold weather — a fantastic opportunity for everyone to grow together and let their new friendships blossom.

Home Provider for Shared Living: Emergency Placement

RI Services for People with Disabilities
Do you have room in your heart and in your home for a person in need of temporary Emergency Placement?

If your answer to this question is "Yes!" you might want to consider becoming a contracted Home Provider with Perspectives Corporation.

We match people with disabilities to compassionate caregivers who would like to provide support for someone in their home. In exchange for including an individual in their extended family and helping them with daily living tasks as needed, our Home Providers receive a generous stipend as well as training and support from the Perspectives Corporation team. Many of our Home Providers tell us "This experience is so rewarding that I get more out of it than I put into it."
