THIRD PARTY BILLING SPECIALIST

Perspectives Corporation is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Full-time Third Party Billing Specialist to prepare and submit billing, collections and complete the revenue cycle process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for gathering information to prepare claims, submitting claims and following-up with insurance companies.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of mental health/medical billing/collection practices and basic medical coding and third party operating procedures and practices. Demonstrated PC and electronic data processing skills required. Knowledge of excel required. High school diploma required and/or Associates Degree or equivalent preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume mental health/medical billing and collection environment required. Familiar with the State PES Billing Software and Solana ProviderPro a plus but willing to train the right person. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and possess excellent oral/written communication skills. Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management to achieve results.
