Needs Analysis

Perspectives Employment Services uses multiple processes to identify and evaluate employers' current and future staffing needs, and helps to plan for and fulfill those needs on a job-specific basis.

Job Sourcing

Our work preparation curriculum establishes a pool of motivated and qualified job applicants who are work-ready for varied or specific types of employment.

Screening & Selection

Perspectives Employment Services evaluates a potential employee's aptitude for their desired field and provides further support for ongoing training and education to help ensure employers are provided applicants who are a good fit for long-term job placement.

Outreach & Education

Potential applicants are provided two, six-week employment training courses per quarter, ranging in topics from work preparation through job skills and behaviors, to support work-readiness and job retention.

Recruitment

Perspectives Employment Services provides many opportunities, including online resources and dedicated office space, for businesses to showcase new job openings, and enable job applicants to share their resumes with potential employers.

Tax Incentives

Employers may be eligible to take advantage of State and Federal tax credits and other subsidies for hiring and training people with disabilities, and improving access to their business.
