Perspectives Corporation is seeking several dedicated and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team. All shifts are available (1st, 2nd and 3rd).

OVERVIEW
Perspectives provides an array of therapeutic services accessible to individuals who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing in Rhode Island from in-home early intervention programs to adult programs. Our specialized team is proficient in American Sign Language, or are native users.
We are thrilled about expanding our Deaf and Hard of Hearing services by opening a new residential program and providing enhanced supports to Deaf/HoH individuals in several other programs within the central Rhode Island areas.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be esponsible for providing assistance in completing daily living skills and participation in community outings and activities and provide employment support (job coaching), personal care supports, educational and social skills supports.
TRAINING
Perspectives' New Employee Orientation program provides a welcoming, in-depth training experience to accommodate those who have never worked with people with developmental disabilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time and part time positions are available for candidates with a High School Diploma/equivalent. Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) along with familiarity and comfort with Deaf culture. Must have access to an insured vehicle with a good driving record.
