Perspectives Deaf and Hard of Hearing Employment Services is dedicated to helping people find and keep meaningful employment in their communities.
Within Employment services in the Deaf of Hard of Hearing Department, we offer a variety of professional services to help people with developmental, intellectual and other disabilities prepare for, obtain and maintain integrated, community-based employment. All services are provided with direct ASL access and people have access to a comprehensive interpreting department for all facets of supported employment. Our Career Developers and Job Coaches are familiar with the unique needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees and will work with the people to make sure all necessary accommodations are in place at the job location.
